It all depends on the item(s) to be assembled and time to do the work. Some products are very time-consuming, but we’re negotiable.

What is your typical working process with a new client? 

We ensure both our team and clients know what is expected. We want property owners to be thorough with their explanation of their work request. Communication is vital in every aspect.

What education and/or training do you have that is related to your work? 

We have experience in construction-related jobs, and we keep ourselves updated on home improvement literature.

How did you get started doing this type of work? 

Our hands are very useful, and we have a keen attention to detail. Our owner, George R. Rumph, is a team player. His wife usually has an on-going project or two that allows us to offer our services. We always seek to give our clients the satisfaction they deserve.

We have worked with:

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take? 

IKEA furniture is a very time-consuming project, but the fulfillment and joy from the clients speak for themselves. We take pride in accomplishing our clients’ tasks when others have given them no hope!

What advice would you give a client looking to hire a provider in your area of work? 

Give as much information as you can about the product or work request (e.g. IKEA article number(s); pictures of the products, website links for different brands other than IKEA). Keep in mind that some of IKEA furniture is very time-consuming when being assembled. Good thing, we have great patience!

What questions should clients think through before talking to professionals about their project? 

We take our profession seriously, and we work extremely hard for the betterment of our company and our clients. We treat your assembly or work request as if it were our own! Some jobs take longer than expected. No quick fixes. Have all the supplies needed!
